Unlike most platforms, our web and computing environment is isolated and fully anonymized from thid-party services. We operate our own systems:

Internal databases: Hosted and maintained by Belanger, not outsourced for processing.
Belanger mail server: Operated by us and isolated from third-party email providers.

We control 100% of our computing and data systems.

Information We Collect (Data Minimization)

We only collect the data necessary to process orders and provide support:

Name (first and last)
Shipping address
Email address
Phone number (when needed for delivery or support)
Order information (invoice, artwork details, order amount, payment method used)

Payments are processed by Stripe™. We do not handle or store your full card numbers or CVV.

Technical data may include IP address (for security, fraud prevention, and localization) and essential cookies to remember preferences.

Non-director staff may view first name, city, and shipping information when required to fulfill an order; for support they may view your email address and phone number.
Directors and authorized officers (e.g., CEO/COO) may access additional data when necessary for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Access is logged and restricted by role.
